Pokemon Scarlet and Violetfeature plenty for players to do even when they’re done with the main story. Players looking to bulk up their team with strong Pokemon should head to the Tera Raid events which feature powerful creatures up for grabs. Although past7-Star Tera Raid eventshave been exciting, there were also many flaws that Game Freak could easily fix with future events.

As Charizard’s 7-Star Tera Raid showed, the Pokemon in these events can be so strong that some players may be left unable to catch their favorite creature. Furthermore, the events are available for a limited time, making it possible to miss out on these special critters. With a little tweaking, futurePokemon Scarlet and Violetevents could be even more exciting.

Charizard’s 7-Star Tera Raid Event

Scarlet and Violetfeature Tera Raid events where four Trainers go up against mighty Pokemon that are Terastallized. If players can overcome them, they gain the chance to catch these strong Pokemon. It is worth going through the battle, as some Pokemon have Tera types that are different from their regular types. There are also special 7-Star Tera Raid events. These are the hardest Tera Raids, though it has been the route by which Game Freak has been introducing Pokemon from past generations into Paldea.

The first 7-Star Tera Raid event introduced Charizard the Unrivaled, which is a Dragon-type Terastal Pokemon. The event was highly anticipated, as Charizard is a fan-favorite that has become one of the main faces of the franchise. Knowing that the battle will be tough, somediligent players went into the raids with level 100 Pokemon, which ended up making the battle too easy. On the flip side, Trainers that didn’t have high-level Pokemon with perfect builds found themselves battered.

Perhaps the worst issue is that the event was limited, which means that players who didn’t play the raid in time missed out on getting a Charizard. This is a huge disappointment, as its evolutionary line is currently not available in Paldea’s wilderness. These mistakes were repeated with the next 7-Star Tera Raid event which features Cinderace the Unrivaled. Players with perfectly built Pokemon have been able toone-hit KO Cinderace, making the raid quite undramatic. Pokemon shouldn’t scrap the 7-Star Tera Raids, though there are a few ways that they could be improved.

Improving Pokemon Scarlet and Violet’s Future 7-Star Tera Raid Events

Future raids will likely continue to introduce new Pokemon untilScarlet and Violetare linked withPokemon Homein Spring. This is a great way to attract gamers back to Paldea even if they’ve finished the main story. However, not all gamers will be up-to-date with the latest events, and they might miss out on events with Pokemon they want. This could be fixed by making prior evolutionary stages of 7-Star Tera Raid creatures available in lower-level raids after the big event. In doing so, 7-Star Tera Raids will retain their difficulty, while players who miss the event will be able to still gain access to the evolutionary line, although they’ll still need to do a bit of training before they gain access to the final evolutionary form. It would also be a great relief for players who don’t have a strong enough team to take on the 7-Star Raids.

The next7-Star Tera Raid Pokemon will feature Greninja, which is another beloved Pokemon. It will have a Poison Tera type, which could make it a difficult opponent to take down. If players wish to take down this titan solo, they should start preparing now.
