Leading up to E3 2016, rumors were running rampant about what Microsoft would be unveiling at the show. An Internet user by the name of Klobrille accurately leaked the majority of Microsoft’s E3 2016 announcements, and now the same user has revealed some of Microsoft’s future plans, some of which are likely to be announced this year if true.
It’s important to take Klobrille’s leaks with a massive grain of salt, as they are completely unverified. However, his past record of accurately leaking Microsoft’s E3 2016 press conference gives him more credibility than other supposed leakers. With that disclaimer in mind, read on to learn more about Klobrille’s latest round of “leaks.”

The biggest news from Klobrille has to deal with three of Microsoft’s biggest franchises,Forza,Fable, andHalo. According to Klobrille,Fable 4is in developmentat an unnamed studio in the UK, and it is currently being developed with the project name “Wisdom.” Meanwhile,Forza Horizon 4is also in development, and it will reportedly be set in Japan this time around.
As forHalo, Klobrille claims thatHalo 6will have a “really high player count.” Some have speculated that this meansHalo 6will feature a battle royale modesimilar toPlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, as that is the latest craze in the shooter genre. However, this could also mean any number of things, like the game simply upping the player count from 24 players to 64 in the Warzone game mode that was first introduced inHalo 5.
Klobrille makes some other surprising claims about future Xbox games. According to Klobrille, a newPerfect Darkgame is in development as part of a collaboration between The Coalition and an unspecified second studio. What’s surprising about this news is that the newPerfect Darkwill reportedly feature a third-person perspective instead of the first-person viewpoint that the series has utilized so far.
Klobrille also says thatCrackdown 3, currently one of the biggest Xbox One gamesalready announced for 2018, will support 4-player co-op in its campaign. Additionally, he suggests that a newMechWarriorgame is in the works, as isAge of Empires 4for PC.
Whether or not anything Klobrille says is true or not remains to be seen. However, we should have a better idea if Klobrille can be trusted once Microsoft’s E3 2018 press conference rolls around in June.
