In recent Twitter posts, AestheticGamer suggests that the upcomingResident Evil 4remake will be making changes to address issues that modern gamers have when trying to get into the originalResident Evil 4, mainly in regards to its controls. As some may recall, the originalResident Evil 4uses tank controls, which some gamers have difficulty with. Fans can take this to mean that theResident Evil 4remake will be ditching tank controls for a more modern control scheme.

This actually makes a great deal of sense, as anyone that wants the tank controls can simply play the originalRE4, which is readily available on modern platforms. And with both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X supporting backward compatibility, fans should be able to play the originalResident Evil 4on next-generation consoles as well.
