Summary
ThePokemon Scarlet and VioletIndigo Disk DLC was released recently, and to reward those who are still playing the games, Game Freak is giving away three sets of items. It has been over a year sincePokemon Scarlet and Violetwere released. Not long into the games' lives, an expansion pack was announced, and it was revealed that it would be divided into two parts: Teal Mask, released mid-September, and Indigo Disk, released mid-December.
TheTeal Mask introduced seven new PokemontoScarlet and Violet, and Indigo Disk added another seven. Not only do players get to enjoy the games for a little longer with the expansion, but they are also able to add a total of 14 new Pokemon to their roster.

According to Serebii, Game Freak has decided to give players Metal Sound TMs since Shieldon is required to craft them, and this is a Pokemon that can only be obtained by gamers who ownPokemon Violet, making it a version-exclusive TM. ThisTM crafting recipewill be modified in a patch that is supposed to come out in the middle of January, but until then, it will be available as a Mystery Gift.
To claim theseMystery Gifts inPokemon Scarlet and Violet, players have to visit the Poke Portal, select the Mystery Gift option, and then Get via Internet or Get with Code. The Expert Belts and the Quick Balls can only be obtained if the player chooses the latter, but the Metal Sound TMs must be obtained through the internet.
