The big weekend is here and trainers around the globe can now finally enjoyPokemon GO’sanniversary event. Withover 1 million GO Fest 2020 tickets sold, the activities are sure to make the game’s player base incredibly active for the next 48 hours. As players race around completing their ticketed special research, they around going to be some very exciting habitat rotations happening that will bring unique spawn changes on an hourly basis.
TheGO Fest Day 1 habitat schedulewas already revealed, but up until now we only knew what the theme would be, not which Pokemon would actually be more likely to appear during those windows. As of this morning there’s a lot more information and now trainers can see exactly whatPokemon GOhas in store for them with each habitat or biome rotation…

Each habitat has a unique theme and will likely help players complete different phases of the GO Fest 2020 Special Research. There will be a rotation each hour, but don’t worry, the habitats will loop back around two more times throughout the day if a player happens to miss it during its first appearance. Niantic has already pointed out that players should ensure theysave some of their Gift activities (sending and receiving) for when the Friendship habitat appears, so keep that in mind.

That’s the full list as of now and it looks like there are some very exciting inclusions. Players will have plenty of motivation to login for each Habitat, use some Incense, and complete as much of the ticketed Special Research and other activities as possible throughout the weekend. There are a ton of shiny opportunities, so be sure to shiny check often, even if it’s not a Pokemon you would usually catch otherwise.
