Now Xbox gamers will be able to dive into thejungle battlefield ofPredator: Hunting Grounds, as IllFonic has just announced that the game is getting a next-gen update for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles sometime in late 2024. This update will run on Unreal Engine 4.27 with Wwise audio and Vivox support, and there will be both a Standard Edition and a Digital Deluxe Edition available.
Predator: Hunting Grounds Is Getting Many New Upgrades this Year
This next-genPredator: Hunting Groundsupdate will come after Patch 2.49, which will be available for the previously released PS4 and PC versions in April. While exact details haven’t been released as of this writing, the patch will reportedly focus on player movement, reworking and rebalancing weapons forboth the Predator and Fireteam soldiers, and UX and playability improvements. There will also be more Yautja skins to choose from, with a batch of new Predators being released this winter and a second one coming in spring 2025.
