Paper Mario: The Origami Kingwill be available on Jul 16, 2025. Pre-order bonuses have started to pop up, but the GameStop bonus, in particular, might be one that fans gravitate towards.

The Origami Kinglooks like an absolutely stunning game, as depicted by thenewPaper Marioscreenshots. The game is incredibly detailed. Nintendo always seems to have a special way of creating its worlds around marvelous themes, such asKirby Epic YarnorLegend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds. The combination of an interesting art style with the gameplay to back it up is something of Nintendo’s specialty, andPaper Mariois an excellent franchise to expand on this principle.
The Origami Kingis the latest title to scratch off the list ofMariospinoffs that need to come to the Switch. As successful as the Nintendo console has been, it has surprisingly been lacking in some of the beloved series likeMario GolforDr. Mario. With the stunning announcement ofPaper Mario: The Oragami King, and with the fact that the game is only two months away, fans may hopefully be able to look forward to more titles of this ilk in the near future.
