2006’sPreywas a fairly popular new IP published by 2K Games, with a sequel,Prey 2, confirmed just a few months after release. After development began in 2009 following the purchase of IP rights by ZeniMax Media,Prey 2was quietly abandoned for years and formally canceled in 2014 by Bethesda Softworks. However, the original title was rebooted for 2017’sPrey- but that still doesn’t leave players intrigued by what could’ve been. Andrew Borman, a Digital Games Curator at the Museum of Play, was sent a 1-minute clip from Human Head Games, the original developers ofPrey 2, that features gameplay of a mission from the canceled title....
