Last week, NetherRealm Studios revealed the release dates of four upcomingMortal Kombat 11DLC characters, the Terminator T-800, Sindel, the Joker, and Spawn, by way of anMK11Kombat Pack 1 trailer. Indeed, this trailer confirmed that the Terminator will be the next fighter to join theMK11DLC characters list, and he will do so on October 8. That said, NetherRealm has not announced when the first Terminator gameplay trailer fromMortal Kombat 11will be shown, but the developer’s pervious actions may provide a hint on this matter.
Specifically, Shang Tsung, the firstMK11DLC character, released in early access on June 18 , and the firstMortal Kombat 11Shang Tsung gameplay trailerwas revealed on May 31. When it comes to Nightwolf, the secondMK11DLC fighter, his early access release occurred on August 13, and the first official Nightwolf gameplay was shown on August 1. This means that there were 18 days between the Shang Tsung gameplay reveal and his release and 12 days between the gameplay reveal and launch for Nightwolf.

Thus, if NetherRealm continues to follow a similar schedule, fans may be seeing the firstMortal Kombat 11Terminator gameplay footage around September 20 - 26. As with Shang Tsung and Nightwolf, this is likely to come as aMK11Terminator gameplay trailer, and indeed the release of this trailer may be just around four weeks away.
Furthermore, Shang Tsung and Nightwolf both were featured in dedicated Kombat Kasts, which gave in-depth looks at their gameplay prior to the release of theseMortal Kombat 11DLC fighters. The Shang Tsung Kombat Kast occurred 14 days before his release, and the Kombat Kast that focused onNightwolf’sgameplay inMK11took place 6 days before his launch. As such, it is possible that aMortal Kombat 11Terminator Kombat Kast will occur around September 24 - October 2.
While this is certainly not definitive, it stands to reason that NetherRealm will continue the trend established by the gameplay reveals for Shang Tsung and Nightwolf. These reveals not only gave a look at theseMK11DLC fighters' standard combat styles, they also showcased their Fatal Blows and Fatalities. Almost certainly, theMortal Kombat 11Terminator gameplay reveal will focus on these aspects as well, which many fans will definitely be excited to see.
