Now, the most recent Nintendo Direct Mini provides confirmation thatMinecraftLegendswill also be making its way onto the Nintendo Switch in 2023.
Minecraft Legendsis another spin-off game just likeMojang’s dungeon crawler titleMinecraft Dungeons. According to the official website, Mojang is working together with Vancouver-based studio Blackbird Interactive to put the game together. This seems an ideal pairing, given that Blackbird Interactive has prior experience making strategy games and part ofMinecraft Legends’gameplay falls under action-strategy. However, Mojang is still putting aMinecrafttwist to it by having players interact with familiar characters and NPCS, exploring the Overworld, and building armies with mobs to fight Piglin invaders.

Though the video did not seem to reveal any new information about the game’s story or features, it did reiterate the game’s 2023 launch period.
