Although it wasn’t revealed exactly when fans should expect to receive the forthcoming patch, Update 1.20 is slated to provide enhancements to the game’s Photo Mode sometime next week alongside fixes to progression and technical issues, as well as other new features.
According to a post from Guerrilla Games on the PlayStation Blog, patch 1.20 will include three new filters forHorizon: Zero Dawn’s Photo Mode, the ability to show a grid, an option to add a “greetings from” script to the image, as well as the ability to select a variety of different poses for the protagonist Aloy. In addition to updates toHorizon: Zero Dawn’sPhoto Mode, patch 1.20 also incorporates some requests from the open world game’s community, such as a slider that adjusts aim and camera sensitivity, and a Map legend allowing users to filter on icons. Plus, there will be more customization options for the HUD that let players hide enemy stats, quest markers, and tutorial tips. Not to mention, fans can decide whether they want to hide head gear if they to do so, too.
Horizon: Zero Dawn’s patch 1.20 also adds Spanish language support for North American copies of the game, with the audio being supported through a voice over pack which can be downloaded from the PlayStation Store. Additionally, should players choose to stick with the standard English audio option, but wish to have Spanish text overlay the screen, they will be able to do so with subtitles in the language.
