During the version 1.4 livestream, the developers confirmed that she will be added to the current banner in the next update. Some previous leaks have already revealed the character’s ability kit, which focuses on dealing Ice damage to surrounding enemies. As the release of version 1.4 looms closer, more information about Jingliu’s story and gameplay will be provided soon.
Honkai: Star Rail’s Jingliu is a five-star unit that will play a crucial role within the game’s lore. Thanks to her association with the Destruction Path, she can combine single-target and AoE abilities to decimate adversaries. Based on previous leaks,Jingliu is a flexible character with incredible DPS potential, generating Moon Stacks to deal massive damage. These stacks give her an extra turn when she enters the Transcendence state. Players know little about Jingliu’s moveset, but leaks and speculations hint that she can easily take on the main DPS role.

It looks like HoYoverse changed the character’s eye color from dark red to brown, and she still wears a black band around her eyes when not using ultimate. Her idle animation looks pretty cool, showing some ice particles coming out of the ground. As for the character’s talent, it radiates intense energy before Jingliu enters the Transcendence state. HoYoverse didn’t reveal the talent description, but leaks have indicated that Jingliu will sacrifice her teammates' HP to increase her ATK.
