The newestGod of War Ragnarokglitch posted to Reddit shows the son of Kratos appearing to be running back and forth from one side of the room to the other at the speed of light. In actuality, it appears that Atreus’ character model has been copied and pasted into two different spots in the room with a long blinking line connecting both models.

For some unclear reason, Atreus has been involved in multiple viral clips involvingglitches inGod of War Ragnarok. This may have to do with the fact that Atreus is playable in this game.God of War Ragnarokis the first game in the series where the player can control someone besides Kratos, and it’s only fitting that it would be “Loki.” Due to the fact that Atreus’s character model is more than just a non-playable character, this may be why the character ends up acting so strangely.

As for the Hermes reference, Kratos is no stranger to the God of Speed. Over the last few decades, fans of theGod of Warseries have seenKratos fight the most powerful godsknown to man, with Hermes being one of them. Hermes is known for being the son of Zeus and is considered the messenger of Greek mythology. Kratos managed to kill Hermes inGod of War 3, ripping his legs off in the process to use his winged boots as an ability.

By the end of the game, there are many unanswered questions consideringAtreus’ future inGod of War.God of Warfans have been speculating about DLC featuring Atreus, with some fans wondering if Kratos’ son will get his very own game. No matter what Santa Monica Studio’s plans are for the character, it’s guaranteed that players will post every glitch they see him do.
