ThroughoutGenshin Impact’s vast open-world, players will find various puzzles that typically utilize the game’s elemental reaction system. The four-leaf clover pinwheels placed in curious locations throughout the map are one puzzle item that players new toGenshin Impactmay encounter.
Genshin Impactplayers may find that a specific puzzle or task requires them to reach a high altitude to reach a certain location. While, in some cases, players may be able to utilize the nearby terrain to jump off of a mountain to reach the required location, the solution to these puzzles is much simpler. It lies in the aforementioned four-leaf clover pinwheels.

How To Use Four-Leaf Clovers in Genshin Impact
To activate the four-leaf clover pinwheels, players must firstequip an Anemo-userto their party. The Anemo characters currently available in the game includes The Traveler, Jean, Venti, Sucrose, Xiao, and the recently added Kazuha.
If players happen to be F2P, it is likely that the only Anemo user they will have available to activate the four-leaf clovers will be The Traveller. If the player’s Traveller is set to Geo-spec, they can switch the character to Anemo abilities by visiting any of theStatue of the Sevenlocations in Mondstadt. After reaching the statue, players must interact with it and select “Resonate With Anemo.”
After equipping an Anemo character, players must use the character’selemental skill or burston the four-leaf clover pinwheel to activate it.
When the four-leaf clover pinwheels are activated, they will create a strong gust of wind that will launch players in the air, either vertically or horizontally. These air gusts allow players to reach several areas that would typically be inaccessible without the proper party configuration. These air gusts are not infinite and will only be available for a short amount of time, so players should make sure to jump into the updraft after activating the four-leaf clover quickly.
While most of the puzzles involving the four-leaf clovers are used to obtain the variousGeoculus locationsscattered through Liyue, they can also be used to obtain a variety of chest rewards. In rare cases, these four-leaf clovers can also be used to activate races that require players to utilize the wind gusts to travel far distances across the map.
With these tips in mind, players should be able to collect the rewards scattered throughout Liyue easily and should be well on their way to fully maxing out the Geoculus Statues of the Seven.
