AGenshin Impactfan has created an interesting modern design of a very popular character named Arlecchino. Arlecchino belongs to the infamous Fatui organization and she belongs to the eleven Fatui Harbringers who are known as extremely powerful high-ranking officers with one of the game’s main antagonist factions.
At the moment, there is a lot of excitement around Arlecchino as the recent promotional video named Overture Teaser: The Final Feast portrayed this Harbinger as one of the main villains in the upcomingGenshin Impactstoryline. The teaser confirmed that Arlecchino will play a major role in Fontaine’s Archon Chapter.

All this attention around Arlecchino has led many fans to include this unique character in their fan-art. A Reddit user named SSGPanos has shared an interesting artwork that shows a more modern take on Arlecchino’s outfit. The community took great notice of this artwork as the whole thread gathered over 800 upvotes onGenshin Impact’s official subreddit with many fans praising SSGPanos’s attention to detail. A lot of fans claim that they would not be surprised if one ofHoYoverse’s upcoming games likeZenless Zone Zerowould feature a character that has a very similar design. A lot ofGenshin Impactcharacters have been inspired by other titles produced by the same developer. Within the world of Honkai, recognizable Teyvat characters like Yae Miko, Raiden Shogun, Zhongli, and various others have their corresponding counterparts.
Fans hope thatHoYoverse decides to make Arlecchino a playable character in the futurewhich would not be the first time that a villain crosses to the good side. Both Tartaglia and Wanderer used to play the roles of Harbingers in Genshin Impact’s main storyline. Wanderer was previously known as Scaramouche and The Balladeer before HoYoverse decided to make him join the playable roster back in update 3.3.
There is also a chance that Arlecchino’s playable version does not match her villain form. For example, Scaramouche was known as an Electro character in his Harbinger days before being granted an Anemo Vision. This means that whileArlecchino is rumored to be a Pyro userat the moment, she could receive different elemental powers before her first banner appearance.
The recent teaser video did not reveal much about this character, but previous quests confirmed that Arlecchino is in control of the famous House of Hearts orphanage. According to a popular fan-made theory, there is a high chance that therecently announced Lyney and Lynetteboth were both raised in this Snezhnaya institution.
Genshin Impactis now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
