One of the things that has madeFortniteso popular is that the game regularly adds new features and new skins to its roster. A new survey that’s making the rounds might have just teased that thenext batch ofFortniteskinsis going to include several characters from theDestinygames.
While these kinds of surveys are relatively regular from Epic Games, they don’t necessarily mean that any of the characters mentioned aredefinitely coming toFortnite. Previous surveys have included several different skins that still haven’t shown up inside the game’s world just yet. On the other hand, this is the second mention ofDestinycharacters in this kind of survey, so it certainly seems as if the company is kicking around the new additions.

A Twitter account that is known for spreadingDestinynews, Destiny Bulletin posted some of the questions that were on the newFortnitesurvey. The survey included different names of characters from Destiny and asked users if they had heard of or seen a selection of video game characters. Much like the other survey, it didn’t just focus onDestinycharacters when it came to asking people who they had heard of or had seen. Other characters included Alexios fromAssassin’s Creedand Samara from theMass Effectgames.
This new survey is at least thesecondFortnitesurvey whereDestinycharacterswere mentioned as possibly getting added to the game. Late last month, another listing posed the questions in a very similar way while mentioning Zavala and Osiris among a ton of other video game characters. This time around, the new survey mentioned Drifter, Titan, Hive, and Failsafe from theDestinyfranchise.
One of the most interesting things about this batch ofDestinycharacters is that they are not necessarily as well known as characters like Zavala, who has been a mission giver since the firstDestinywas released. It appears the characters the company is trying out now require a bit deeper dive in order to know who they are.
Epic’s interest in incorporatingDestinycharacters shouldn’t come as a big surprise toFortniteplayers. The franchise as a whole has been around since 2014 and appears to just continue to be going strong considering that its next expansion,Destiny 2: Witch Queenreleaseslater this month. It should just be a matter of time before it becomes clear whether Epic Games has decided to indeed incorporate the characters from its survey into the battle royale.
