Several screenshots of this have been posted on Twitter, where the character is seen standing behind some NPC’s while holding an ax. The creepiest part of these images is when the character puts on the surprised face emoticon, which shows the player’s character with eyes wide open staring blankly into nothing. Just to be clear, this facial expression is not edited by players, but instead, it isa reaction that is available in the gamefor players to express their feelings.
Another thing that some players like to do in Animal Crossing is to make blood spatter patterns. To the uninitiated,Animal Crossing: New Horizonsallows players to create their own custom patterns, but the game would always warn the players not to make offensive ones. Of course, while the reenactment of a murder or the creation of blood-spatter patterns and cult symbols are achievable in the game, there are some screenshots out on Twitter that are obviously fake and appear to have been edited by players themselves.
