Total War: Warhammeris a big strategy gamewhere players must fight in epic real-time fantasy battles, building up their empire. Indeed, in it, players can navigate the world and build their playstyle to their liking.
Meanwhile,City of Brasssees players take on the role of a thief in a rogue-lite first-person dungeon crawler game. Perhaps most interestingly, it is made byformerBioShockdevelopers. Players are equipped with a scimitar and a whip. It is set in a procedurally generated city, filled with interconnecting rooms and areas, and players attempt to find a treasure hidden in the heart of the city.
Total War: Warhammeris sitting at an 86 Metascore, indicating generally favorable reviews, and 7.4 user score for mixed or average reviews over on Metacritic.City of Brasssits at a 69 Metascore for mixed or average reviews, and it falls short of that at a 3.9 for generally unfavorable reviews. It seems many have taken issues with the latter’s lack of a story, controls, general technical difficulties, and overall difficulty; however, it sounds like something manydungeon crawler fansshould check out for themselves.
Players will have until April 7 to claim both of these games, should they choose to do so.
