In a series of screenshots shared to r/Eldenring, Redditor Joffen03 showed off their impressive recreation ofElden Ring’s massive Erdtree constructed inside ofMinecraft. Even though they are taken from a significant distance away from the colossal construction, the screenshots can barely capture the full scale of the gold-tinted Erdtree. One screenshot shows the massive construction dwarfing a village in the foreground, with the buildings looking distinctively diminutive in comparison to the towering tree, while another screenshot, taken nearthe bottom of the Erdtree, is unable to even capture the entire canopy in the frame.

Fans ofElden Ringresponding to the screenshots were impressed with the unique tribute to the magical tree that looms over the twisted world of the Lands Between. Eager to see Joffen03 taken on another project inspired by FromSoftware’s hit game, one user suggested that their next task should be to recreate the entire map. Seemingly one step ahead of the jokingly delivered commenter, Joffen03 replied that they are already working on a model ofElden Ring’s Stormveil Castle. Another user inquired if any pictures were available of theMinecraftErdtree in the nighttime settingElden Ringfans are used to seeing it in, leading Joffen03 to link a photo of the build shining against a night sky in all its glowstone glory.

With its truly stupendous scale and impressive attention to detail, thisMinecraftincarnation of the iconic Erdtree makes for a wonderful tribute toElden Ring. And if the stunning screenshots get fans in the mood to see more of the Lands Between reimagined in block-based form, they could always try taking theElden Ringmod forMinecraftfor a spin.
