A Redditor named Normal_Kitty shared an image of a real-life model they made almost entirely out of popsicle sticks. The picture shows their recreation of Nook’s Cranny fromAnimal Crossing: New Horizons, which includes the bulletin board and shipping box on the outside that can be used for quickly selling items. The piece also includes items seen through the window that are for sale and the watering can filled with flowers. According to Normal_Kitty, the work took them a week, as well as a lot of popsicle sticks.

Normal_Kitty’s model of Nook’s Cranny currently sits at over 7,500 upvotes and has a number of fans who have called the piece cute. One user stated that this is their favorite model that they have seen and that they want it over a LEGO version. A Reddit user known as kerobyx shared an image of a diorama that they made of the inside of the building. The piece features Timmy and Tommy Nook inside the store, along with items that can be bought from the in-game shop. According to kerobyx, a number of different materials were used to make the model, including 3D-printing to make Tommy and Timmy, foam board for the work’s main structure, and clay for the items on sale. Both Normal_Kitty and kerobyx did a good job of making real life versions of Nook’s Cranny and helped celebrate what has become an iconic game series.
