TheCall of Duty: Black Ops 4beta has been chock full of gamers eager to see what Treyarch is bringing to the table this year, and one PC gamer has dug through the in-game beta menus to confirm an expected feature:Black Ops 4will once again offer both emblems and weapon paint jobs to users, allowing fans hefty customization options for their loadouts.

The existence of the menu confirms that both player emblems and custom weapon paint jobs will be returning inBlack Ops 4, with the latter feature having been introduced inBlack Ops 3back in 2015. Dubbed the Paint Shop, users could go in to their loadout’s weaponry and put in colors, patterns, icons, tools, and even lettering.

Of course, allowing everyone to have this level of customization occasionally led to some bad eggs creating unsavory content, so the option to report inappropriate emblem and camo usage is sure to make a return as well. As the above menu indicates, players will have the option to disable user generated content entirely, which prevents both emblems and paint jobs from showing up. Hot pink weaponry may be flashy, but it’s not everyone’s cup of tea.

The second weekend ofBlack Opsbeta action closes this morning, though that isn’t the end of pre-launch gaming on the table for fans: theBlackout Betawill be arriving sometime in September, and will give fans a chance to try an all-new Battle Royale mode. This beta will include characters and locations from all fourBlack Opsgames, and Treyarch promises the date for this beta will be revealed soon - though likely not until today’s beta closes out.

The studio has also revealed theminimum and recommended PC specificationsrequired for the beta, though these recommendations may be changed when it comes to the full game itself. In any event, players should have ample time to take a look atCall of Duty: Black Ops 4during its various betas and see if it catches their fancy - though the emblems and paint jobs likely won’t make their return until the launch of the full game this October.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4will release for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on October 12.
